They will try and change the definitions of words to their own ends.
Usually, when someone says you’re being selfish, it means that you’re not giving them what they want.
Seriously now, do you think that doing things for your own good and your own preservation are bad things? SERIOUSLY! The person calling you selfish is perfectly willing to tread all over you and attempt to stop you doing what you need!
No, 2023 and onwards is all about getting what you want/need, without deliberately hurting anyone else, of course.
We’ve lost the art of disagreeing but still being able to get along.
