It’s funny isn’t it, we think that self-improvement has to be really complicated.

It really isn’t.

The simple step is to be honest.

Don’t hide.

Deny deny.

Don’t try to be brave.

Your feelings are your feelings and you need to express them healthily, in your own time and please understand they are not going to destroy you.

Byron Katie said the past belongs on paper. Write down what you’re angry about, what you love, establish what you can change and what you can’t and get to work.

Walk your own path.
