If you have morning tea, like me, get the tea, mug and water ready so you don’t have to waste thought process in the morning.
Pack your gym bag the night before.
Layout the ingredients for an energising breakfast.
Why do so few do this?
They have no structure.
They haven’t established what’s important.
They think “Oh, that can wait until tomorrow.”
